Destinations
Destination wedding planner, Italy and Dubai
We plan and design destination weddings in Italy and in Dubai for couples who live somewhere else. Six places we know well enough to plan from memory: each one has its own page, with the venues that take a wedding, the months that work, how your guests get there, and what the paperwork asks of you when you are marrying from abroad.

Lake Como
Italy
Historic villas on the water, short boat transfers, and a season that runs from late May to September.

Amalfi Coast
Italy
Cliff terraces above the sea in Ravello, Positano and Sorrento, where access decides the design.

Rome
Italy
Two thousand years of architecture, or a countryside casale twenty five minutes out. Three of our weddings were held here.

Tuscany
Italy
Private estates taken for several nights, so the wedding becomes a stay rather than a day.

Puglia
Italy
Fortified masserie with rooms, chapel and olive groves on the same land. The simplest weekend in Italy.

Dubai Desert
United Arab Emirates
Dunes an hour from the city, a sunset ceremony, and a build that starts with power and flooring.
Choosing between them
Most couples arrive with two or three places in mind and pick between them on feeling. These are the practical differences that tend to decide it: how far your guests travel from the airport, which months actually work, and what shape the weekend takes once you are there.
| Destination | Nearest airport | When it works | Usual shape |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lake Como | Milan Malpensa, roughly an hour by road | Late May, June and September | Three nights, two or three venues |
| Amalfi Coast | Naples Capodichino, about ninety minutes | Late May, June, September, early October | Three nights, one anchor property |
| Rome | Rome Fiumicino, forty five minutes to the centre | April to mid June, September and October | City hotel base, countryside or terrace venue |
| Tuscany | Florence and Pisa, or Rome for nonstop US flights | Mid May to June, September to mid October | Exclusive use of an estate, three nights minimum |
| Puglia | Bari and Brindisi, connecting through Rome or Milan | Late May, June, September, early October | One masseria, ceremony and reception on site |
| Dubai Desert | Dubai International, forty five to sixty minutes | October to March, outdoors only | The last light before sunset |
Lead time is the one thing that does not change: twelve to eighteen months for all six, and longer if your date falls on a peak weekend.
What does not change with the place
The destination decides the scenery, the season and the logistics. It does not decide how the work is done. Whichever of the six you choose, the same team plans it, designs it and directs it on the day, and you speak to the same people from the first call to the last transfer.
That matters more than it sounds when you are planning from another country. Contracts arrive in a language you may not read, suppliers answer on a different clock, and the venue you fell in love with online behaves differently once eighty people and a catering truck are on site. Our job is to hold all of that so the only decisions that reach you are the ones worth your attention.
If you already know which place you want, open its page: each one covers the venues that genuinely take a wedding, the months that work, how your guests get there and back, and what the paperwork asks of you when you are marrying from abroad. If you do not know yet, tell us the shape of the weekend you have in mind and we will say which of the six fits it.
Somewhere else in mind?
These are the six we return to most often, not the only places we work. We plan across Italy, France, Portugal, Spain, Greece, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Morocco and the Emirates. Tell us where you are thinking and we will tell you honestly whether it suits what you have in mind.
