Our process
A clear path from first inquiry to final direction.
Great celebrations are built over many months, not weeks. From the first conversation to the final farewell, the collaboration moves through clear stages, each handled with one consistent creative thread.
Every phase is intentional, so the event feels considered long before guests arrive.
12+ Months Out
The foundation. We define the concept and overall direction, shape the budget, and secure the venue and date. Together we settle the guest list and the format of the celebration, so everything that follows has a clear frame.
9 to 12 Months
The team comes together. We select and contract the key suppliers, hold room blocks and travel for guests arriving from abroad, and set up the shared planning space. Save the dates go out.
6 to 9 Months
Design develops. The concept becomes a full aesthetic direction: palette, florals, styling and scenography. We refine the menu through tastings, and for destination weddings invitations are sent early.
3 to 6 Months
Details and logistics. Guest travel and transfers, welcome events and itineraries, styling and rentals confirmed. The timeline begins to take shape, hour by hour.
1 to 2 Months
Final refinement. Seating and floor plan, the run of show finalised, last confirmations and payments, and clear communication with every guest.
Wedding Week
Production and direction. Rehearsals and set-up, the welcome dinner and surrounding events, and on the day our team directs every moment, so it all unfolds effortlessly while you stay present.
