How far in advance should we reach out?

12 to 18 months for full planning services. For creative direction only, 9 to 12 months. We have successfully executed beautiful celebrations in shorter timeframes when schedules align.

Do you offer day-of coordination only?

We do not offer day-of coordination as a standalone service, to maintain the quality and coherence our clients expect. Our Design & Creative Direction service is available for those who have planning in place but seek aesthetic guidance.

An Earthly Welcome

Sana Restaurant, Dubai

Set within the earthen architecture of Sana, where clay arches, woven canopies and living greenery turn a restaurant into a landscape. This welcome dinner was built to feel grounded: warm, organic and quietly opulent.

The palette is drawn from the earth itself, terracotta, copper, chocolate and ochre, lit by candlelight and softened by trailing greenery. A single long table runs beneath a sculptural rattan installation, dressed with hand-tiled settings, anthuriums and sculptural desserts. Less a dinner than a gathering close to the ground, the way the most memorable evenings begin.
